A Closer Look at Building C

Our community closed out 2021 with a major milestone: breaking ground on the third mixed-use building at The Village. The residential and commercial space, named Building C, anchors the existing two structures completed in 2019. The groundbreaking ceremony, held in December, marked the commencement of construction in earnest, and today we’re sharing more about Building C and the businesses slated to join us at Heritage!

As with Buildings A and B, the plan for Building C is to house both residential and commercial tenants. The residencies in the top floors will act as ACHE student housing, providing needed room for their growing enrollment. The first floor will consist of commercial spaces for shops, restaurants, and service-based businesses.

With The Village’s overall success since opening and the announcement of Building C, there are many entrepreneurs and business owners already committed to Heritage. My Uniform Corner, a premier provider of scrubs and workwear, is set to open a location, a perfect fit for the community given its vast population of student doctors and various healthcare professionals. Simply Couture Boutique, established in 2013, has plans for a storefront at Heritage, while Jamie Coleman and Creative Kitchen are on board with a new gift shop concept. Hoping for more restaurants and eateries? We’ve got you! A Boba tea and Vietnamese restaurant as well as a restaurant centered around steaks and fresh seafood are both ready to join The Village ranks.

Heritage is in a constant state of expansion and growth. Building C has a 2023 projected completion date, and we cannot wait to see all the incredible businesses and entrepreneurs that will round out its commercial tenancy. As always, keep an eye on our platforms to stay in the know!
