Midsummer Update

The summer season seems to go as swiftly as it comes. It’s as if the last school bell is still ringing in the air when you start to hear the chiming of bells welcoming students right back. With just a few poolside weeks left, it’s a great time to look back and celebrate the goodness of summer 2021.

ARCOM’s graduation ceremony for their first class of doctors provided a monumental start to the season. These doctors, now in residencies all over the country, represented much more than their own success. The ceremony, held at Stubblefield Center on the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith campus, was a celebratory moment for ARCOM and the ACHE vision. Family members from all over the country came to celebrate the doctors and Heritage Community served as the backdrop for grad week. From picnics to socials and more, doctors and their families alike enjoyed the sights and sounds of Heritage.

Back in April, Heritage hosted its first market event, The Market at Heritage. The soiree was a massive success and plans immediately began for a second installment in the fall. Just a few weeks back, the date for the fall Market at Heritage was set. On October 16, vendors will fill The Village once again as live music drifts through the air. With new details being set every day, there are sure to be some fun, fall surprises in store for this one!

With every passing day, the homes at The Porches South inch closer to completion. This collection of homes is the second installment of The Porches at Heritage and is the first time residential property has been available for purchase. Curated in design, inside and out, these homes are beyond breathtaking. We cannot wait to see them totally finished and occupied!

As July comes to a close and summer loosens its grip to make way for fall, we are looking for every opportunity to soak up the last bits of summertime. Find us laying on the grass, having an ice cream under the pavilion, or anywhere else we can bask in the sunshine. These warm, sunny days aren’t here forever, and we intend to make the most of them!
